GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT WEBSHOP

The products of the e-commerce are sold by Saarlin Oy 3226568–7. Our products are sold to adult individuals and companies in Finland. We do not deliver orders to Åland or abroad. Product prices do not include VAT. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The customer must read our current delivery terms before each order.


ORDERING

Products are ordered in the online store via the shopping cart at www.saarlin.fi. The customer agrees to our current delivery terms in connection with each order. When placing an order, the customer’s information is added to our customer register. Read more in our registry description.

The minimum order limit is 15 euros.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

We send a confirmation for each order via email. Receival of the order confirmation therefore requires the provision of an e-mail address when ordering. The order confirmation states the ordered products, delivery costs and the price of the order.


PAYMENTS

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559–4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

PAYMENT METHODS

Products and delivery costs related to the order are always paid in connection with the order. Visma Pay acts as the payment service provider and payment intermediary of the online store www.saarlin.fi

The available online banks are: Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, POP Bank, Aktia, Säästöpankki, OmaSp, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken.

The order can be paid with a payment card. The payment cards available are: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.

The order can be paid using payment services: MobilePay and Siirto.

The order can be paid by invoice. You will receive an invoice from OP for your order and you will pay for your order to them either at once or in instalments. OP Yrityspankki Oyj acts as the lender. Read more about OP Lasku here.


DELIVERY COSTS AND METHODS OF DELIVERY

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Delivery costs are stated in connection with the order before payment of the order. Posti acts as an intermediary for shipments. We deliver orders to the nearest Posti pick-up point.


DELIVERY TIME

The normal delivery time for jewellery products is about 2-5 working days. The normal delivery time for interior decoration products is about 4-7 working days. We manufacture the products in the order we receive the orders, and the delivery time of the order is affected by e.g., stock status and number of orders. We will notify our customers of anything that might affect delivery times in our online store.

Delivery time for custom products is about 6–12 working days. The delivery time of custom products is affected by e.g., the size of the order and the manufacturing time of the ordered products. For larger orders, please check the delivery time separately by email customercare@saarlin.fi.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS

Sellable and unused products that are returned in their original packaging have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act (excluding hygiene products whose seal has been broken and personalised products). We do not offer an exchange option.

Attention! Excluded products: Hygiene products (such as skin piercing earrings) are delivered in sealed packages and there is no right of return once the seal has been broken. Personalised products are made to order according to the customer's wishes, so these products therefore do not have a normal 14-day return policy.

Failure to pick up the package is not enough to cancel the order. The amount to be charged for an uncollected shipment is 10 euros, which will be deducted from the refundable transaction amount. The fee consists of the packaging, shipping and return costs of the order.

The customer is responsible for the return costs, we do not offer a free return.

If the entire order is returned, we will refund the customer's payment in full (including possible delivery charges) without delay, using the same payment method used to pay for the order. The refund will be made as soon as the return is received and processed by us, but no later than 14 days after the return notification has been submitted. The customer must make the return without delay once the return notification has been submitted. Attention! If only part of the products in the order are returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer. If, at the time of ordering, the order fulfilled the conditions for free delivery and, after partial return, no longer fulfills the conditions for free delivery, we will deduct the delivery costs from the amount of the return.


PROBLEM SITUATIONS

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Contact us at customercare@saarlin.fi.

If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made immediately to the party responsible for the transport, i.e., Posti. Please also notify us immediately if the shipment has been damaged in transit.


OTHER

We use natural material (natural stones) in our jewellery, so the stones of the ordered products may differ slightly from the ones in the pictures. The colour settings on your computer screen can also distort the tone of the stone.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must carefully read our current delivery terms.
